Nu-Relics was established in 1990. We are located in East Bend, NC - a small community near Winston-Salem. We are about 70 miles north of Charlotte, NC. Earl Cornelius has built Street Rods for over 40 years. During these years, he wanted power windows that were easy to install and worked properly - keeping the window level and straight as it went up and down. As a result, he developed a set of power windows for his 1940 Ford using the original manual window regulator as the base for the power window. It was not long before his friends wanted these wonderful power windows for their cars too. Thus the establishment of Nu-Relics. During the early years, the electric windows were conversions of the manual window regulators. As time passed, Earl developed mounting plates, arms and gears to completely manufacture the power windows. Features: MODEL SPECIFIC- bolt into original mounting holes Works with the curved glass of the 1960's and 1970's models Numerous models available to remove the vent window Uses Stock Channels New ACI Motors Made of 1018 cold roll steel Bronze Oilite ® thrust bearings at pivots (Made in USA) Treated gear plates for longer teeth life Kits include power window switches / completed wire harness and conduit Multiple power window switch options Lifetime warranty (Warranty requires copy of sales receipt or invoice)
