Description

Custom gas door for moving the tank under the bed.

The Chevrolet trucks changed through the years of 1955 through 1972, and some of those changes were quite drastic. There were body style changes, power options, larger motors and gas tank changes. If you are restoring one of the older style trucks, and you decide to move the gas tank from the bed of the truck to underneath, H&H Classic has the flush mount gas door that will fit your truck.

The gas door is designed to vacuum seal the gas tank in order to keep the fuel in and dirt out. This flush mount gas door has been designed to help you make a change from a bed mount tank to a tank under the truck. The door fits all trucks from 1955 through 1972, and it has the Cool Cap logo on it. It has been designed by CPP. CPP is a manufacture of reproduction parts for classic cars, and they specialize in brake systems, headers and other exhaust system parts, gas tanks, transmissions, chassis and sway bars for cars with increased performance. They have been manufacturing hotrod parts for over 35 years, and all of their parts carry a lifetime warranty. If you have any questions about any part for your classic Chevy truck, then do not hesitate to take advantage of our free technical assistance from our experienced staff. We will be more than happy to help you with your truck parts, and we make it easy to shop by offering fast shipping and easy returns.
