Welcome, to the new H&H monthly electronic newsletter. It will always have a tech article, list of new parts that are available this month, a show and event listing on where our mobile warehouse will be, as well as a car or truck of the month. If you do not wish to receive this newsletter at anytime please feel free to contact us and we will remove you from the list. Also, if you have a topic that you would like us to discuss we will be happy to consider it for future issues.

20th anniversaryOn October 12, 2007, H&H held its 20th Anniversary Open House in Bentonville, AR. People came from all around the U.S. and even some from Canada. Our celebration was a complete success, thanks to all of you.

The day started off with a show of our customers' cars and ended as a full-blown car show of all makes and models. There were over 70 cars in attendance, including a full section of antique and late model police squad cars. One of the most unique cars, and winner of our Long Hauler Award, was a 1964 Canadian-made Pontiac Parisienne owned by Bruce and Debbie McKee from Propect, Ontario. Two of this year's catalog cars, the Sedan Delivery owned by Herman and Liz Smith and the Impala owned by Eddie Woodruff, were in attendance. Lindall McMaster's Nova was the only 2006 cover car present.

Our Open House wasn't just about showing off beautiful cars and trucks. We had a day full of informative seminars to help our customers learn more about our product lines and to give our customers an opportunity to ask questions about those products.

Harvey Clark of Clark Industries started off our seminar schedule by covering installation of window felt kits and side glass. He also talked about other seals and gaskets that they manufacture.

Next, George Packard of Vintage Air talked about their three AC systems that we sell at H&H. He also gave tips on proper installation and troubleshooting for your AC system.

Then, Lance Packard of American Autowire detailed the differences between their Factory Fit, Classic Update Series and Highway Series wiring kits. He also gave highlights about what makes their wiring systems superior to all others on the market.

Last, but not least, Mike and Susan McGaughy from McGaughy's Suspension gave a tutorial on how to install drop spindles on a Tri-Five car. Mike gave a hands-on demonstration by actually installing a drop spindle on a partially restored car. Mike and Susan detailed the manufacturing process of their products and explained why these processes make their products superior to others on the market today. They also gave away a complete drop spindle kit, which Rudy Escalera from Oklahoma City won.

This celebration was part of a great milestone for our company. For 20 years we've been able to serve our community and the world and we are very grateful for all of our customers' support over the years. We hope to serve you for 20 more.

A special thanks to all of our seminar speakers; to Bank of Gravett, Eagle One, Grundy Worldwide Insurance, Vintage Air, Goodguys, and Hemmings for our goodie bags; and to Whole Hog Café in Bentonville for providing our lunch.
